Approaches//
My coaching is built around real-life recovery, accountability, confidence building, and creating a healthier lifestyle without alcohol or drugs. I work alongside you — not above you. This is a team-based approach focused on progress, honesty, and sustainable growth.
1-on-1 Recovery Coaching//
Personalized one-on-one support designed to help you rebuild confidence, improve your daily life, and navigate recovery in a realistic and manageable way. We work together as a team and hold each other accountable throughout the process.
Weekly Coaching Calls//
Each week we’ll connect for a scheduled call to discuss:
Progress and accomplishments
Challenges and triggers
Mental and emotional well-being
Habits we want to improve
Goals for the upcoming week
My coaching style is collaborative. I’m not simply telling you what to do — I actively practice the same recovery principles, structure, and accountability that I encourage for you.
Daily Accountability & Check-Ins//
Consistent communication can make a huge difference in recovery. Through texts or messages, we’ll stay connected and focused while still respecting daily responsibilities and boundaries.
Check-ins can be structured around your preferences:
Daily encouragement
Progress updates
Habit tracking
Open communication during difficult moments
Relapse Prevention Planning//
Together we’ll identify the habits, environments, relationships, routines, and stressors that may negatively impact your recovery. We’ll create a realistic plan focused on prevention, awareness, and healthier coping strategies.
Goal Setting & Small Victories//
Recovery and personal growth happen one step at a time. We focus on:
Achievable goals
Building momentum through small wins
Reducing overwhelming pressure
Long-term consistency over perfection
The goal is steady progress — not unrealistic overnight transformation.
Routine & Structure Building//
Structure creates stability. Whether you maintained responsibilities while struggling with substances or felt completely consumed by addiction, we’ll build a daily routine that fits your life and evolves gradually over time.
This may include:
Sleep habits
Exercise and movement
Nutrition awareness
Productivity
Recovery meetings
Family and personal responsibilities
Self-care and downtime
Emergency Accountability Support//
Recovery can be unpredictable, and difficult moments happen. During our coaching program, I make myself available for emergency accountability support when possible because I understand how important immediate connection can be during high-risk moments.
On-Call Craving Support//
If cravings, urges, or difficult thoughts arise, you don’t have to face them alone. Whether you’re walking into a grocery store, driving home from work, or struggling mentally, you can call or message me for support and grounding in the moment.
We’ll focus not only on getting through the immediate situation, but also understanding what triggered it and how to better prepare moving forward.
Mindset & Accountability Sessions//
These sessions focus on improving confidence, emotional awareness, discipline, perspective, and overall mindset while reinforcing accountability and healthy lifestyle habits.
Recovery Community Support//
If you’re interested, I can help connect you with recovery meetings and support communities in your area. We can create goals around attendance and involvement based on your personal comfort level and interests.
Most importantly:
You do NOT have to follow or believe in Alcoholics Anonymous to work with me.
I support people from all backgrounds, recovery paths, beliefs, and lifestyles. My goal is to help you find what genuinely works for YOU.
Group Coaching & Recovery Calls//
At times, clients may have opportunities to join optional group coaching sessions where we can discuss:
Recovery struggles and victories
Exercise and wellness
Motivation and mindset
Productivity and procrastination
Meetings and support systems
Everyday life challenges in sobriety
These sessions are designed to create connection, accountability, and community.
Men’s & Women’s Recovery Groups//
Separate group discussions may also be available for men and women who want a comfortable space to:
Talk openly about recovery
Share experiences
Vent without judgment
Build healthy support systems
Encourage one another
Content-Based Support & Motivation//
I often share:
Motivational content
Recovery insights
Videos or podcasts
Daily reflections
Positive reminders and encouragement
Sometimes a simple message at the right time can completely change the direction of someone’s day.
My Overall Philosophy//
I believe sobriety is about far more than simply avoiding substances. It’s about rebuilding confidence, improving mental and physical health, creating structure, developing self-respect, and learning how to genuinely enjoy life again without needing to escape it.
This is not about perfection.
This is about growth, honesty, accountability, and becoming stronger one day at a time.
